EXHIBITION STATEMENT

My work is very much inspired directly from nature.  Three years ago I made the decision that I wanted to draw upon the beauty and positive aspects from life, so turned to the most inspiring elements around me - the natural environment.  The wind, the light, shadows, movement, flow amongst the trees, the grass, the rocks are all very beautiful to me.  Resin allows me to show the beauty, the multi layered 3-dimensional atmosphere that surrounds and envelops us.  With this added dimension I can create work that beautifies and enhances people’s environment, work that uplifts them and makes them smile.
