All artwork, images, text and content on this website are created and owned by Jane Molesworth, unless otherwise noted. Please respect the time, effort and creativity that goes into each piece.

You may:

  • Look through the website and enjoy the artwork

  • Share links to the site or specific pages

  • Share my images on social media with proper credit (tagging or naming “Jane Molesworth”)

2.2 What Requires Permission

Please contact me first if you’d like to:

  • Use any artwork or images commercially

  • Print, copy or reproduce any artwork

  • Use my work for promotional, editorial or published material

  • Include my images in AI training, datasets, NFTs or digital tools

  • Edit, alter or create new works based on my artwork

Using my artwork without permission is a copyright breach, so please reach out.

3. Artwork Representation, Pricing & Payments

3.1 Artwork Representation

I aim to photograph and describe each artwork as accurately as possible.

3.2 Colours and Details

Colours and details may vary slightly due to screen and monitor settings.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and may change at any time (orders already placed are not affected).

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square.
No payment information is stored on this Website.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

5.2 Customer Responsibility

The buyer must provide accurate shipping details.

5.3 International Orders

International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

5.4 Damaged Deliveries

If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos so I can assist promptly.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • No refunds for change of mind on original artworks or prints.

  • Damaged or lost shipments will be assessed and replaced/refunded where appropriate.

  • Commissioned artworks cannot be refunded.

7. Buying Artwork & Prints

7.1 What You Own

When you purchase an original artwork or print, you own the physical piece itself and can display it privately.

7.2 What You Don’t Own

Copyright always stays with the artist unless we make a separate written agreement. This means buyers may not:

  • Reproduce or scan the artwork

  • Sell prints or make copies

  • Use the work commercially

  • Upload it for AI training, NFTs or merchandise

8. Commissioned Artworks

8.1 The Process

Commissions require a deposit to secure the booking. I keep clients updated throughout the creative process with progress photos or messages.

8.2 Copyright

Even for custom pieces, copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless a separate agreement is made.

8.3 Sharing Your Commission

I may share photos of commissioned pieces unless you request privacy beforehand.

9. Website Information

I do my best to keep everything accurate, but availability, prices and artwork listings may change over time.

10. Privacy

Your information is used only to:

  • Respond to messages

  • Process orders

  • Send newsletters or updates (only if you’ve opted in)

I never sell or share your personal details. You can request removal at any time.
